Keto Hibachi Grill
Ingredients
zucchini, sliced
bok choy, washed and drained
onions, chopped
spinach, washed and drained
cilantro, chopped (to taste)
butter
choice of meat (shrimp, steak, chicken, etc.)
Directions
Select your desired meat and vegetables. Cut them all into bite size pieces.
Make sure you have plenty of butter available so the items cook nicely. Start by melting butter on a griddle.
The meat will take longer to cook, so place the meat on the griddle first (this is if you are cooking for others; each person can place their own if you are having a group).
Place the items in small groups (for individual servings) on the griddle and keep turning to accomplish your finished product .
Remove cooked items from the griddle and place on a plate. Continue cooking until everyone is full or you have cooked all you have prepared.
