Keto Tortilla Egg Crust Breakfast
(Individual Serving)
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 large egg
pink Himalayan salt, to taste
1/4 cup steak, cooked and chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 cup ham, cooked and chopped (optional)
a few leaves of spinach, washed and drained
1/8 cup cheese, shredded
Directions
Melt the butter in pan.
Whip the egg and salt together while pan is heating up.
Pour egg into pan. Make sure the egg gets all over the bottom of the pan.
When it looks about done, flip it over to cook the entire egg crust.
When done, remove from pan and place on a paper towel to absorb the rest of the butter.
Heat up the meat (steak or ham or both) and put onion in the meat to cook while it is warming.
When the meat is warm and the onions are cooked, place small amount on egg crust with a few leaves of spinach and roll.
Garnish with a little meat and a spinach leaf. Enjoy.
