Keto Breakfast BLT Salad
(Individual Serving)
Ingredients
1 large egg, hard boiled
2.5 oz. organic mixed greens
1 tablespoon olive oil
pink Himalayan salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
fresh herbs (optional)
1/2 avocado, sliced
3 grape tomatoes, halved
3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Directions
Toss mixed greens with olive oil, salt, pepper.
Top with avocado, grape tomatoes, and bacon.
Peel egg and divide into halves or quarters and place on salad.
